My first job after graduating from Southeast Missouri University was working for Missouri Division of Finance as a Bank Regulator. This provided excellent training and experience to begin my career as a banker. WHAT'S SOMETHING YOU WISH YOU'D KNOWN WHEN YOU STARTED: Banking is a rapidly evolving and dynamic business.
