HOW HE GOT HIS START IN BANKING: I have always enjoyed money and dealing with people so banking was the ideal choice. My first job after graduating from Southeast Missouri University was working for Missouri Division of Finance as a Bank Regulator. This provided excellent training and experience to begin my career as a banker.
