PERRYVILLE, Mo. — Joyce A. Ernst, 57, of Perryville died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Nov. 25, 1950, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Gilbert and Gladys Moore Ernst.

Ernst was a 1969 graduate of St. Vincent High School and a graduate of Gradwall Lab. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and its Ladies Sodality.

She had been a lab technician with Physician Associates and Regional Primary Care in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include two sisters, Linda McDermott of Independence, Mo., and Sandra Schetter of Cape Girardeau.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Young and Sons Funeral Home. The wake will be at 7 p.m. Friday.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, with the Rev. Joe Williams officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
