Judge's ruling in Kezer case has harsh criticism for Hulshof

COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) -- A Southeast Missouri man convicted 15 years ago in a college student's murder may soon be set free under a judge's ruling that sharply criticizes former Rep. Kenny Hulsof, who prosecuted the case, for withholding evidence from defense attorneys.
