Local PC Technicians

While searching for the cheapest and most reliable pc repair tech in the area I came across a few that I'd like to share my experience with. While all 3 techs/companies were very resonable and professional I prefer the services of an individual tech. Problem: CtRL+ALT+DEL had been disabled.
Tech: Computer 21
Cost: $65
Summary of repair: Tech reported to me that it took over an hour to repair the problem because of software issues. For this time I was charged 1hr bench fee. Tech did not offer an explination of services or the problem.
Tech: Velocity Computers
Cost: $45
Summary of repair: Tech reported to me that it took only minutes to fix the problem and had only charged me for a simiple bench fee. Very professional and explained the problem to me in detail.

Cost: $0.00
Summar of repair: Tech reported to me that it took only a few minutes and explained in detail the problem and how to prevent the issue from happening in the future. Tech also showed me the steps and explained how to repair the problem my self.
Only one tech did not charge me for the 3 minute job. It was as simple as running the windows applet "gpedit.msc" and changing the CTRL ALT DEL security option.
Next time you have a problem with your computer, shop around and get qoutes from several techs in town. It could save you money in the long run.
