Arrests Arthur J. Matthews III, 34, of 1937 Delwin, No. 3, Cape Girar-deau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Terrance L. Anderson, 27, of 918 College, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while revoked and a red light violation.

Virginia Blissett, 39, of 22292 State Highway 61, Oran, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Scott County warrant for bad checks.

Brian K. Vogel, 36, of 401 S. Pacific, No. 7, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday by Huck's at 353 S. Kingshighway.

CDs and CD holders were reported stolen Tuesday at 1525 Good Hope.

A radar detector was reported stolen Tuesday at 603 Minnesota.

A stereo with CD player was reported stolen Wednesday at 1815 Herman.
