The following items have been released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Jesse Vohn Dorris, 34, 1457 County Road 206, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of ephedrine with the intent to manufacture.

Charles Weston Madden, 36, 1003 S. Pacific St., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of violation of an ex parte order.

Aric Lashon Thatch, 33, 150 St. Thomas Lane, New Madrid, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on city warrants for failure to appear for stealing and two other warrants for failure to appear.

Antonio Tarrell Scaife 19, 1710 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 801, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and misrepresentation of age.

Joshua Nathaniel Revelle, 20, 1765 Oakley Drive, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of a park curfew.

Arthur A. Smith, 18, 612 Emerald St., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine, no valid operator's license and no seat belt.

Justin E. King, 20, 8211 Highway 74, Dutchtown, Mo., was arrested on warrants for city leash requirements and being a parole absconder.

Muhammad D. Jackson, 28, 417 S. Benton St., was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Joanne Holley, 50, 53 County Road 447, Frohna, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses Brandy L. Holshouser, no age given, 439 N. Sprigg St., was issued a summons Wednesday for failure to show proof of insurance.

Roberta E. Eickelman, 309 E. Cross St., Dongola, Ill., was issued a summons Wednesday for failure to show proof of insurance.

Joshua Bartley White, 18, 2001 Andrew St.; Dustin Sean Masterson, no age given, 2517 Singing Hills; Charles Alexander Estates, 1460 Independence St.; Jared Marquis Harris, 17, 1330 Bertling St.; and Phillip Wayne Coleman, 19, 190 Kensington St., all were issued summonses for violating a park curfew.

Geneva Yvette Grubbs, 36, 1201 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons Wednesday for property damage.

Theft Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday from Citgo D-Mart, 263 Farrar St.

A gas tank was reported stolen Wednesday from 1506 Jefferson St.

Liquor was reported stolen Wednesday from Rhodes 101 449 S. Kingshighway.

A freezer was reported stolen from Prairie Farms, 325 S. Spring St.

Four-foot metal ramps for a utility trailer were reported stolen Thursday from 900 S. Kingshighway.

Candy bars were reported stolen from the Cape Girardeau Country Club at 250 Country Club Drive.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen Thursday from the 100 block of South Main Street.

Property damage

A 15-year-old juvenile male was cited into juvenile court Wednesday for property damage.

A vehicle window was reported broken Thursday at 232 Shirley Drive.

Miscellaneous

A checkbook was reported found Thursday.

A bicycle was reported found Thursday in the 1400 block of Kingsway Drive.Jackson

Jose Botello, 24, 352 Westridge, Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving under suspension.

Summons

Tiffany Dowell, 19, 205 Mayfield Drive, Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons Wednesday for improper registration.
