Holly Renee Robinson and Douglas Brian Glenn were married Sept. 27, 2003, at Centenary United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Bill Koch and Dr. Clayton Smith performed the ceremony. Music was by a string quartet comprised of Michelle Suhr, Kyle and Erik Miller, and John Mazar. Soloist was Cary Robinson of Aviano, Italy, sister-in-law of the bride. Accompanist was Mary Miller of Cape Girardeau.
The bride is the daughter of Van T. Robinson of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Larry and Pansy Glenn of Kewanee, Mo.
The bride was presented in marriage by her father.
Matron of honor was Meaghan Edwards of Cape Girardeau. Bridesmaids were Sarah Stephens of Cape Girardeau, Nicole Hunter of Sikeston, Mo., Michelle Cook of Cape Girardeau, Marci Pancoast of Shreveport, La., Judy Thomson of St. Peters, Mo., Jennifer Trepasso of Columbia, Mo., Norma Weber of Cape Girardeau, Amanda Fischer of Mountain View, Calif., Roxie Dudley of Magnolia, Mass., and Tracey Glenn of Cape Girardeau, sister-in-law of the groom.
Greg Hall of East Prairie was best man. Groomsmen were Jeff Glenn of Cape Girardeau and Jonathan Glenn of Malvern, Ark., brothers of the groom; Brian Bennett of New Madrid, Mo., Chris Medling of Goodlettsville, Tenn., John Eaton of Naples, Fla., Ron Fowlkes of St. Louis, Thomas Hunter and Scot McWaters of Sikeston, Howard Higgerson of New Madrid, and Jon Robinson of Aviano, brother of the bride. Ushers and candlelighters were Jeff Seabaugh; Phillip Robinson, brother of the bride, both of Cape Girardeau; and Brandon Perez, son of Kenneth and Lisa Dalton of Kewanee and cousin of the groom.
Flower girl was Emily Pancoast, daughter of Art and Marci Pancoast. Ringbearer was Zachary Glenn, son of Jeff and Tracey Glenn and nephew of the groom.
Guest book attendant was Belinda Glenn of Malvern, sister-in law of the groom.
Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Drury Lodge.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner at Port Cape.
The couple is residing in Sikeston.
