PERRY COUNTY, Mo. -- A tractor-trailer fire on Interstate 55 stalled traffic in Perry County on Friday morning.
According to Troop C of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, about 9:25 a.m. an accidental fire started in a moving tractor-trailer near mile marker 137 in Perry County. No injuries were reported, but traffic was delayed until the fire was contained. A dispatcher with Troop C didn't know the cause of the fire.
