SIKESTON, Mo. -- Officers from the Sikeston Department of Public Safety are investigating a shooting that took place Wednesday night. According to reports, a person was shot in the leg about 9:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Cole Street. The victim was taken to Missouri Delta Medical Center.
Another person was shot at but was not hit.
