The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Michael R. Meador, 26, of Bell City, Missouri, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.
• Vincent W. Tourville, 41, 606 W. Adams St., was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.
• Rachel M. Dent, 36, of Bismarck, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assault

• Assault was reported in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.
• Assault was reported in the 600 block of West Adams Street.
• Assault was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

Miscellaneous

• Fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Fraud was reported in the 1300 block of Boxwood Drive.
• A welfare check was requested in the 1300 block of North Street.
• Assistance was requested in the 1000 block of Highland Drive.
• Assistance was requested in the 2800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
