DEXTER, Mo. -- Johnny Franklin Abernathy, 67, of Dexter died Thursday, Sept. 7, 2000, at Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Services. DEXTER, Mo. -- Johnny Franklin Abernathy, 67, of Dexter died Thursday, Sept. 7, 2000, at Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Services.

He was born Nov. 8, 1932, at Dexter, son of Clarence and Mary Ann Lawson Abernathy.

Survivors include two brothers, Roy Abernathy of Marble Hill, Mo., and Ray Abernathy of Dexter.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. The Rev. Fred Ritter will officiate. Burial will be in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery in Marble Hill.
