GLEN ALLEN -- Wanda Jean Foster, 60, of Glen Allen, died Monday, Nov. 23, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center.

She was born Feb. 12, 1938, in St. Louis, daughter of Milton G. and Birtha M. Norman West. She married David William Foster June 18, 1960, in St. Louis. He survives.

Other survivors include a son, David A. Foster of Marble Hill; two brothers, Gorden West of Florissant, Jerry West of St. Charles; two sisters, Lillian Schlup of Mexico, Mo., and Janet Lewis of Foristell.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home, with the Revs. Clinton Massa and Gene Robbins officiating.

Burial will be in McGee Chapel Cemetery in Glen Allen.
