CHARLESTON -- Mildred J. House, 72, of Charleston, died Saturday, March 2, 1996, at her home.

She was born Jan. 20, 1924, in Caraway, Ark., daughter of Frank and Fronia Frazelton House.

House retired in 1986 from the cutting department of Brown Shoe Co.

Survivors include a brother, Alvin House of Charleston; two sisters, Ernestine Chandler of Bertrand and Frances Green of Sikeston.

She was preceded in death by six brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jerry Harris officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery.
