MARBLE HILL -- Janna Monica Pettit, 52, Marble Hill Route 1, died Thursday, Aug. 18, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Feb. 10, 1942, at Allenville, daughter of Oliver Richard and Mary Magadaline McBride Groves. She and Donald L. Bradley were married Dec. 6, 1977. He died March 8, 1990. She and Alvin Pettit were married Oct. 6, 1993.

Pettit owned rental properties in Chaffee and Scott City. She was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church at Chaffee, and Daughters of St. Ambrose.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Jack Blankenship Jr., Marble Hill Route 1, Daniel Bradley of Thebes, Ill.; her mother, Marble Hill Route 1; a brother, Richard Groves of Florissant; a sister, Patty Fussel of Zalma, and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee after 3 p.m. Sunday. Parish prayers will be at 7.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Ambrose Church, with the Rev. Allan Saunders officiating. Burial will be in Union Park Cemetery at Chaffee.
