The firm manufactures headwear. The money will be used to train 30 new employees on machinery.

* Emerson Motors of Kennett, Mo., will receive $76,000 to train employees on how to make a new type of motor.

* GenAm Benefits, also of Kennett, will receive $17,100 for training.

* Ames True Kemper/IXL of Bernie, Mo., will receive $16,500 to train 18 to 20 employees.
