Andrea Faye Cardin and Phillip Gregory Wulfers were married Jan. 9, 1999, at Royal N'Orleans Restaurant. The Rev. Vester Keesee performed the double ring ceremony.

The former Miss Cardin is the daughter of Edna Cardin of Cape Girardeau, and the late Riley Cardin. Wulfers is the son of Greg and JoAnn Wulfers of Cape Girardeau.

Maid of honor was Barbara Smith of Jackson.

Chad Meyer of Jackson was best man.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the restaurant.

The rehearsal dinner was held Jan. 8.

Mrs. Wulfers is a 1995 graduate of Central High School, and is pursuing a degree in mass communications. She is employed by Southwestern Bell Telephone.

Wulfers is a 1988 graduate of Central High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in health management from Southeast Missouri State University in 1995. He is an account executive with McLeod USA Publishing Co.

The couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
