Ivis Kinder, son of the late Franklin W. and Viola L. Angle Kinder, was born Nov. 7, 1942, in Cape Girardeau and departed this live Sunday, Nov. 22, 2020, at his home surrounded by family in Delta.

On Nov. 14, 1970, he married Nelda Jean Sparkman in Delta. She survives.

Also surviving are a son, Bryan (Melissa) Kinder of Delta, and two grandchildren, Forest and River King.

Apart from his parents, Ivis was preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly King.

A graveside service with full military honors will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee, Missouri, with Pastor Wayne Schwiesow officiating. A celebration of life will held at a later date.
