Victoria Eugenia Neumann, 72, of Scott City died Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2021, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service today at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. today at the chapel with the Rev.
