CLAYTON, Mo. -- A suburban St. Louis man faces charges of promoting and possessing child pornography after authorities discovered 1,200 computer disks of porn in his home, St. Louis County police said Friday.

Joseph Hutchins, 47, of Kirkwood, Mo., was arrested Thursday. Bond was set at $200,000.

Police Capt. Tom Jackson said the investigation began after police were told that Hutchins was promoting pornography at his home.

"This investigation revealed the possession of child pornography and we are concerned that there may be victims who have not come forward," Jackson said.
