I will start here and work my way up.
Not exactly sure what you are referring to but will remind you again what the Constitution and Laws of this country have to say about any citizen Leftau, and that would include Trump.
You are considered innocent until found guilty by a jury of your peers in a court of law.
And I am going to add this much more.
I have stated before I was not for Trump runnig for President again as I am sure of one thing in my own mind.
If Trump wins the harrassment by the Democrats will commence the day after inauguration as it did in 2017. Just think what could have been done for America if the two parties could work together. It was amazintg to me that anything positive was accomplished during that Presidency. First it wa Russian Collusion and on and on and on. And just what was accomplished other than a waste of American Taxpayer dollars.
Yes you have your indictments as a Democrat Leftau. However with the same amount of attention given to most any of our politicians you could get the same thing.
You like to chant your little Litany of x number of impeachments etc. like a grade school kid, but they all failed and were nothing but a waste of time.

The Director of the Secret Service refuses to resign due to the lapse of the SS securing the area around the building where the shooter positioned himself! A Huge Screw Up by the Secret Service in protecting President Trump is brushed off by the DEI Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle who was never an SS Agent and whose priority was to make the SS 30% Female. Saw a video of the stage at the moment of the SS gathering around Trump and this one Female Agent took 4 attempts to holster her gun....good grief! When Teddy Roosevelt Was Shot in 1912
Theodore Roosevelt’s opening line was hardly remarkable for a presidential campaign speech: “Friends, I shall ask you to be as quiet as possible.” His second line, however, was a bombshell.
“I don’t know whether you fully understand that I have just been shot.”
Holding up his prepared remarks, which had two big holes blown through each page, Roosevelt continued. “Fortunately I had my manuscript, so you see I was going to make a long speech, and there is a bullet—there is where the bullet went through—and it probably saved me from it going into my heart. The bullet is in me now, so I cannot make a very long speech, but I will try my best.”
Few could doubt him. Although his voice weakened and his breath shortened, Roosevelt glared at his nervous aides whenever they begged him to stop speaking or positioned themselves around the podium to catch him if he collapsed. Only with the speech completed did he agree to visit the hospital.
The shooting had occurred just after 8 p.m. as Roosevelt entered his car outside the Gilpatrick Hotel. As he stood up in the open-air automobile and waved his hat with his right hand to the crowd, a flash from a Colt revolver 5 feet away lit up the night.
Although there were no outward signs of blood, the former president reached inside his heavy overcoat and felt a dime-sized bullet hole on the right side of his chest. “He pinked me,” Roosevelt told a party official. He coughed into his hand three times. Not seeing any telltale blood, he determined that the bullet hadn’t penetrated his lungs. An accompanying doctor naturally told the driver to head directly to the hospital, but Colonel Roosevelt gave different marching orders: “You get me to that speech.”

Rep. Adam Schiff calls for President Biden to ‘pass the torch’
Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) became one of the most prominent and high-ranking Democrats to call for President Biden to withdraw from the presidential race on Wednesday.
In a statement to NewsNation, Schiff wrote: “While the choice to withdraw from the campaign is President Biden’s alone, I believe it is time for him to pass the torch. And in doing so, secure his legacy of leadership by allowing us to defeat Donald Trump in the upcoming election.”
Schiff is one of multiple Democrats who have called for Biden to step out of the race.

Police in Milwaukee arrested an armed man wearing a ski mask a few blocks outside of the Republican National Convention on Tuesday.
A 21-year-old Donnell Tinsley was taken into custody around after authorities observed him “looking suspicious” and carrying a large tactical backpack outside of the security zone at Fiserv Forum, where thousands are attending the conference, the Milwaukee Police Department said in a statement to NewsNation.
The arrest came one day after Ohio police officers stationed in Milwaukee for the convention shot and killed a man who was wielding two knives near the arena.
Five members of the Columbus, Ohio, police department fired on the man, who had a knife in each hand, refused police commands and charged at an unarmed man before police fired, Milwaukee Police Chief Jeffrey Norman said at a news conference.
Two knives were recovered from the scene, authorities said.

Aren't Democrats Americans too same as Republicans or any other Party in America . Trump was a Democrat between 2001-2009 . He was also an Independent twice . He left the Republican Party to join the Democrats then left the Democrats to return to the Republican Party . He's now a Populist .

The Democratic National Committee announced that a virtual vote to officially nominate Biden for reelection will not take place until August at the earliest.
The timing of the Democratic National Convention — Aug. 19-22 — became an issue after Ohio originally set an early August deadline for state ballots to be finalized, possibly leading to Biden or whoever gets nominated by Democrats being left off the ballot in the state.

It's a fact that the republican Congressional committees don't have proof. If they did they would have used it long ago. The simple truth is that there was no criminality.

Do you really belive he's been a "crooked" politician for about 40 years and there's zero evidence? How could that be?

“Messages of gratitude and support for US President Joe Biden poured in following his stunning announcement Sunday that he is exiting the 2024 presidential race and endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris as the next Democratic nominee.
“It was the second seismic moment in US politics in just over a week, following the assassination attempt against former president Donald Trump at a Pennsylvania rally on July 13, which saw global leaders rally around him as the Republican nominee.

That is not a fact Leftau! That is BS at best.
Those who followed practical advice and spent a lifetime of work and saving for our retirement now find it takes more to live. And if we accumulated any property we find we cannot sell it without paying an inflated tax on an inflated value so the government can use it to pay those who did not prepare for their future or forgive education debts they acquired getting degrees in crap that won't pay their way.
When we were young with a couple of kids we lived on about $18 to $20 worth of groceries a week. Now that we are retired and living off what we saved the two of us live on About $180 to $200 worth of groceries per week.
Sure we're better off, we have more money to pay taxes on, right?

One would think that Supreme Court Justices would be able to police themselves with respect to ethics and reclusial rules.
An 18 year term makes all the sense in the world. Back when the lifetime appointments originated, the life expectancy was about 40 years, now it's almost twice that. Also the most unethical Senator in recent history, changed the confirmation vote from 60 to 51.
There's no reason why the judiciary can't move to the 22st century.

Like the 'R' primaries , I get the election reminder to vote for all of the State and Local politicians on Aug.6 at my usual voting polls . It's an open election . Pentagon rescinds plea deal for accused plotters of 9/11 attacks
Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin revoked a plea deal Friday that would have taken the death penalty off the table for three prisoners accused of helping to plot the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
Austin said in a news release that he believes that given the significance of the case, responsibility on what happens to the prisoners held at Guantanamo Bay “should rest with me as the superior authority under the Military Commissions Act of 2009.”
On Friday, Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Ala.), chair of the House Armed Services Committee, sent a letter to Austin demanding answers about the plea deal. He said he was “deeply shocked” by the agreement and said it was a “gut punch” to the families of victims.

I have two points to make.

Trump had a campaign dinner in the Hamptons last night , it was $500K per person and $50K for a photo op. Most of the media lives in New York and spends summers in the Hamptons talking to each other. Judge denies Trump motion to dismiss DC case over selective prosecution

You are quite simple minded Leftau, there is a lot more to it than that.
First there were slaves for the Southern Plantation Owners to purchase and use. Those slaves were rounded up and brought here on ships by the Northern Slave Traders.
Also you forget the Mason-Dison Line and the apportionment of the states as Slave and Free based on an even number so that Control of the Senate was not held by the North or the South. Remember hearing something about the Missouri Compromise. And then there was this, Missouri came into the Union as a Slave State and only then could I believe it was Maine come into the Union as a Free State and that happened I believe in 1851. Missouri had Slaves and Bollinger County had Slaves. Southwest Corner there was a small Plantation with Slaves. Something else you may not know. Bollinger County at one time had a rule where a black man could not spend the night in the County and that was after the war. Not sure exactly how that went away. Those are just a few of the issues between black and white. Was slavery wrong, of course it was, but as unfair as it was it existed back into Biblical Times, And Color was not always the issue.
Just a few points Leftau, and remember it was Lincoln a Republican who gets credit for freeing the slaves.
I have spent a considerable amount of time in a couple of Southern States for the winter, some of the time I did researching history. Something else you might not know. In some of those states a Slave was held in higher esteem than an Irishman. If there was a dangerous job, they would in some cases put an Irishman on the job because a Slave was held in higher esteem. Because of the dollar, more than likely. Slaves cost money and the Irish were free.
Do you believe we will ever form a perfect world, or is there always going to be inequity of the classes.
I am a Realist, while I think we must try for equality, there will always be inequality due to greed which is in the human nature and will always be with us.
So to respond to your screwed up thinking, there was a lot more to the Black-White issue than the Civil War and the North-South issue prior to the war. The North held an equal responsibility for the unfairness visited upon the Black Race for many years prior to Lincoln.
Then there are cases when fairness exists and people do the correct thing. I read this in a story telling book which recorded many otherwise forgotten issues. The book was written by a Mr. Corbin, maybe his name was Claude, not sure. But his story goes like this as I remember reading it.
Southwest Cornerof Bollinger or Northwest Corner of Stoddard County, there was a Black Farmer who sold some stock to market. Knowing he had to have some money several White Boys robbed him. Their parents learned of it and made those boys go apologize to the Black Farmer and return his money. Not sure of the time in history, but goes to show that times do change and people along with it.
So don't try oversimplifying Leftau, people are more complicted you might thing. Times and People change.

I'm thinking the original Constitution stated voters were white male land owners only . The 19th Amendment changed all that but I could be mixfused again . Leftau your lack of education on the issue is appalling. I only hit a few high points. The Civil War was only the culmination of the situation. There was much more leading up to it.
And then the aftermath and putting America back together after the war.
My family had direct consequences as a result of the war. My Great Grandfather on my Father's side lost his younger brother who was taken to the swamp area along with 6 men from the community tied to trees and shot by Bushwackers in one incident.
On my Mother's side a 3 Times Great Grandfather living near Fredericktown was shot and killed by Renegades who were on a mission of trouble. They rode up, and told him to get his horse and go with them. He refused and they shot him. This was prior to the war in about 1860 as close as I can determine. I have visited his Gravesite in a wooded area on the farm. His entire family moved to Cape Girardeau for the duration of the war.
So Leftau if there is anything else you need to know just ask. If I don't know I can possibly look it up for you. I have a decent amount of books in my bookcase relating to it. They are kind of spread across the spectrum from Jesse James the last rebel of the Civil War and The South was Right to the Rise and Fall of the Confederate Government to Bollinger County 1851 - 1976 to the History of the Archdiocese which was involved in it here in the St. Louis area. Also have about 18 to 20 inches of space taken up by local Bollinger County Informational history paperbacks given to me by a now deceased relative.
So yeah Leftau if you have a need to know I will try to help. I have spent a lifetime of trying to self educate myself after I left the classroom. If I have a question I try to find the answer. Answers are everywhere, you just have to look. Nobody will ever know everything out there. Some just think they do!

They sold slaves to the South and they condoned it in the way they distributed the way they allowed the states to come into the union as free states and slave states, in case that isn't understandable to you Leftau, the North condoned the practice of slavery in those states designated as Slave States.

Let me educate you a little further Leftau.
There is tons of knowledge out there to explore and there is many, many things that I am not aware of both North and South that took place pro and con regarding slavery. But it was not a new institution formed in this country.
My family were not slaves and they never owned slaves. Would they if they could have? I don't have that answer, but one thing that would have prevented it was the fact they were too poor to own slaves. They raised their own, they called them sons and daughters.
But I live in the real world and I know from what I read that a lot of people had their hands in the slavery issue. And there are many things I do not know about it.
And do you think the issue is totally mute. I had a very good friend, now deceased who was a black man. As much of his story as I know and I did not dig deeper was that he was raised in Mississippi and there were something like 17 people in his family. Somthing happened, he would not say what and I never asked. But his parents loaded all family members into three automobiles and they left in the middle of the night headed for St. Louis. And they made it. His color never bothered me. And when he knew he had a terminal illness he came by my office and we went to lunch. I had not seen him for awhile and he looked bad but I have that final picture taken in my office. And the last time I saw him was at the funereal home in North St. Louis on a Sunday afternoon with my wife, as we were there when his Mother passed away as well.
The civil war and the slavery issue has been a pet project of mine off and on as time permits for some time.

The original Constitution , slaves were considered as 3/5th's of a man as possessions . The more slaves a white man owned , the more assets he had . This was a Right that allowed any white man to use as an asset to vote , the same as land . These are some of the things the Founding Fathers wrote that has been kept on the down low .

Leftau this may come as a surprise to someone who had the comfort of knowing there would always be a paycheck there from the Federal Government.
I however did not have those assurances. At the time I decided to try my hand at operating my own business,I looked at all sides of what might be possible and what might not, what were my risks and what could be the rewards. And it did not stop there. It was an ongoing process. Preseason buying was a risk rewards venture.
The rewards would be Bigger Discounts and Extended Terms. The risk, weather conditions and despite predictions a cool summer and lower sales. Wake up some day Leftau and realize your Accts Payables exceeded seven figures on 30-60-90 day terms.
Hiring a new employee was a risk rewards venture. They come with responsibility.
It was an ongoing experience of examining all sides of issues. This was ongoing from 1963 until 2000 and I turned it over to kids, retired and and got out of the way.
You don't break those habits Leftau. It has become a way of life.
Politics are no different. Tomorrow I will be doing the same thing at the polls.
November not so much so, depending on how tomorrow goes.
You can take that for what it is worth. If or not you believe it, I could care less.
My lifestyle past, present or future has not in the past or does not depend on you in the future.

While touring Mt Rushmore and the surrounding area I stumbled upon another work of art t hat impressed me even more, the Crazy Horse Memorial. It can be seen for a much greater distance and is still a work in progress.
The most impressive part of the Crazy Horse Memorial it is being constructed with private donations not taxpayer funds.
It has been a while since I saw it. Where is it's progress toward completion.

Wheels,visited Mt Rushmore a few years ago. No one else should be placed up there. Saw the video about its carving and had a loud laugh when Borglum(sp)climbs all the way up carrying equipment when the air compressor stopped. Thought it was only me that happened to. Something curious or another mixfusion . The morning Harris names Walz as her running mate , they come walking out from behind a curtain together walking down the stage to a cheering crowd holding signs that read HARRIS/WALZ . Hundreds of those cheering People in that crowd were waving those HARRIS/WALZ signs.
Now my mixfusion is , how did those hundreds of cheering People in that crowd who were holding signs that read HARRIS/WALZ know Walz was her pick if Harris VP pick was a big secret , how did they already know and who made all of those signs ?

Minneapolis Star-Tribune editorial writer Jill Burcum did some digging into this claim and found out that it simply doesn't hold water.
"So I did this thing called journalism (Megyn should give it try) where I did interviews, research," she wrote in response to Kelly on Twitter. "Turns out MN's new law does NOT mandate menstrual products in boys' bathrooms."
She then linked to an editorial at the Star-Tribune that explained exactly what the law in question does.
"The law’s actual language provides considerable flexibility for school districts to implement it, according to Deb Henton, the executive director of the Minnesota Association of School Administrators," the editorial notes. "That might mean making these products available for free in various locations for all who need them, such as unisex bathrooms, girls’ bathrooms, the school nurse or the front office, but not necessarily in boys’ bathrooms. Henton, in an interview, lauded the 'local control' the law provides for implementation, and said she’s fielded no concerns about its rollout."

🔸In addition to having no foreign policy experience, we have no idea about Harris’ foreign policy.
🔸Kamala Harris: Mystery Commander in Chief. How would the Vice President keep America safe in a dangerous world? The voters deserve some answers. So far, she appears to view foreign policy through the lens of her domestic political predicament.
🔸Of course, we also don’t know about her domestic policy.Fracking, single-payer healthcare and the Green New Deal were all things she supported, but publicly disavowing them would cost her the progressive left.
Stump speeches are by definition a little long on hyperbole and short on details (for example: “Build a wall and Mexico will pay for it”) BUT as Harris leans into “freedom” on the stump, we find some curious lines.
🔸For example, “We want to recognize the right all people have to freedom and liberty, to make choices, especially those that are about heart and home and not have their government telling them what to do,” as she told the United Auto Workers in Wayne, Michigan.
🔸Really? The Biden administration censored truthful speech online, kicked people out of the military for not taking an experimental vaccine and Harris’ running mate, as governor, created a COVID-19 snitch line.
🔸Houdini escape: Harris should win an award for her incredible divorce from the Biden-Harris legacy.
Bloomberg makes the point that Harris faces uphill economic realities.
🔸“Kamala Harris knows what it’s like to be middle class. It’s why she’s determined to lower health care costs and make housing more affordable.”
Fair question: If she ever takes questions, it should be, “As VP you praised the Biden policies for the middle class — costs of housing and health care have exploded under your administration. What did you all do wrong and how are you going to do differently than he did the past three years?”

Not having the government tell me what to do would be nice. Does this mean I don't have to file a Tax Return come April 15 of 2025, should Kammy win the Presidencey? Does that mean I can file for a refund of all of the taxes I have paid since 1956 should Tammy win? Because the government has been telling me what to do for quite a spell now.

Biden will join Harris on her campaign trail next week .
If he can stay awake , find his way on and off the stage , and not fumble muck while he's saying what a great gal she isn't suppose to be until now after she's kicked him out -- she's outstanding !
Having the lost man living in his own lost world campaigning in support to show how great of a candidate she is and will make such a great President shows the height of her ignorance. Will she fly around in Air Force 2 and Biden in Air Force One , they can't fly together in the same thing for National Security .
