One killed early Sunday in Cape Girardeau

These gun toting street thugs are destroying the reputation of our city. What do we do? We have had shootings at a downtown bar, Dogwood, CVS in the last year. Pretty soon, downtown will turn into a ghost town, much like St Louis at night, as people are scared to go there. A lot of people won't go down William at night; pretty soon, they may not longer go down Broadway. Gotta do something. What? Don't know, other than cops walking a beat.

Quit going downtown years ago because of such.

Citizen with No Name has Passed we need the Newshounds to tell us What's going on. For the Local area, we need to Advance Further Gun Safety Measures that will help Keep our Citizens, Taxpayers, Voters, Children, and Communities Safe.

As long as the “mums the word” mentality continues, these thugs will continue to harm Cape. If people are unwilling to turn these thugs in, they are as guilty as the ones shooting. If their worried about being harmed, give them police protection until the thug or thugs are apprehended.

Several people know what happened but won’t say a word. Rumor is the guy was dumped out at the hospital.

All the good people blame the police, city, etc. but as long as certain communities who cause most of the shootings and continue to stonewall the police nothing will ever change.
