Senior Center Menus for Sept. 16-20

Cape Girardeau/Scott City

Monday: Mushroom meatballs or sweet and sour chicken, brown rice, seasoned carrots, winter-blend vegetables, whole-grain hot roll and chilled pineapple or blonde brownie.

Tuesday: Chicken salad with whole-grain crackers or sub sandwich on bun, spinach salad, sweet and sour beets and Mandarin oranges or lemonade cake.

Wednesday: Barbecued chicken or beef French dip, mashed potatoes, baked beans, cooked cabbage, whole-grain hot roll or bun and sugar-free gelatin with bananas or brownies.

Thursday: Homemade meatloaf or Polish sausage with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, green beans, whole-grain hot roll and warm apples or Oreo cheesecake.

Friday: Turkey burger or fish sandwich, potato wedges, coleslaw, whole-grain bun and fruit cocktail or glazed fruit cocktail cake.

Monday: Barbecued riblet or butterfly shrimp, sweet potato fries, spinach salad and cinnamon applesauce or ice cream.

Tuesday: Chicken tetrazzini or country-fried steak, carrots, peas, rolls and peaches or cake.

Wednesday: Meatloaf or fish sandwich, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll and mixed fruit.

Thursday: Baked ziti or chicken sandwich, garlic toast, corn, paco-blend vegetables and citrus salad or banana pudding.

Friday: Fried or baked fish or sloppy Joe, California-blend vegetables, potato wedges, cornbread and pineapple tidbits.
