  • Well it looks like Ferris needs to unload the business since it is getting close to time to renew liquor licesnces on this business. With the new city ordinance in effect, it would be hard for him to get a new one I bet to keep the place open.

    So, therefore we just sell it off and keep our money! Thats the ticket!

  • It's nice to know that all the money Margarita Mama's makes off of serving underage kids is paying off so that they can open a bigger venue to serve even more minors. Pathetic!

  • Just what downtown needs is another bar. I thought the idea was to bring more people to downtown to enjoy the history,the shops as well as the eating establishments among many other things of interest. I'm not against bars but when is enough enough?? Does anyone know how many bars we currently have Downtown? I can think of 10 in a four block radius,and these are drinking only establishments serving no food.
