Arrest

• Hilary Stafford, 41, of Fredericktown, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while driver's license suspended/revoked, failure to equip motor vehicle with rear license lamp, possession of controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
