* Cory J. Huskey, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Arrest
* Tristen D. Lipps, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and display of and possession of license plates belonging to another.
