The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Stephanie N. Pirchard, 24, of Morehouse, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of burglary and theft.
• Kimberly A. Freytag, 32, of Chester, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for speeding.
• Britney L. Morse, 23, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
• Donnell McElmore, 27, of Patton, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for assault.
• Sierra P. Mason, 20, of Bernie, Missouri, was arrested on a Stoddard County, Missouri, warrant for domestic assault.
• Lex H. Spencer, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a revoked license

Summonses

• Stephanie G. Smith, 33, of Chester, Illinois, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
• Xiulan Dong, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield and no insurance.
• Emery L. Naeter, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for following too closely.
• Doris J. Snider, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Valley E. Reynolds, 18, of McClure, Illinois, was issued a summons for theft.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault and a runaway juvenile were reported.

Thefts

• Cigarettes and alcohol were reported stolen at Sunset Spirits and Smoke Shop.
• An iPad was reported stolen at 3049 William St.
• Jewelry was reported stolen at 3208 Kage Hills Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Forgery was reported at 2033 Woodland Drive.
• Violation of an order of protection was reported.
