CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Misty L. Robinson, 28, 426 N. Frederick St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for property damage and assault.
• Russell J. Morgan, 43, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of theft at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Melissa J. McFall, 49, 2640 Hopper Road, was arrested on suspicion of theft at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault, trespassing and unlawful use of a weapon.
• James O. Reed, 51, 605 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on two Malden, Missouri, warrants.

Summonses

• Pedro Garcia, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for not having a driver's license.
• Candace D. Vandevender, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Shirley A. Bucher, no age given, of Benton, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Assault

• Domestic assault and assault were reported.

Burglary

• Burglary and the theft of two televisions were reported at 1325 Dunklin St.
