The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items.
DWIs
- Jamal A. Howell, 34, of Essex, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within traffic lanes.
- Ovell Brown, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
- Kimberly B. House, 55, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
- Matthew Todd Ulrich, 42, 3020 Boutin Drive, lot 72, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt, speeding and following a vehicle too closely.
- Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for shoplifting at J.C. Penney.
- Rodney Gene Reynolds, 21, 2843 Whitener St., Apt. 3A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and improper registration.
- Mohammed Abdulaziz Alhumaidi, 22, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and improper registration.
- Maurice L. Bland, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a probation/parole warrant.
- Eugene L. Kenny, 24, of Caruthersville, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau court warrant for a probation violation.

- A camera, lens x3, bulb and camera bag were reported stolen at North Main Street and Broadway.
- A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 701 Watkins Drive.
- A credit card was reported stolen from 2525 Boutin Drive.
- Theft was reported at 60 N. Park Ave.
- Theft was reported at County Road 205 and Benton Hill Trace.
- Shoplifting was reported at J.C. Penny, 3049 William St.
- Theft of a credit card or letter of credit was reported at 620 S. Henderson Ave.
Property damage
- A vehicle left the scene after striking a handicapped parking sign and mailbox at Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Miscellaneous
- A 32-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
- Identity theft was reported.
- A dog bite was reported at 1701 Lacey St.
- Child abuse was reported.
- Exhibition driving was reported at 618 S. Kingshighway.
- Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported at 10 S. West End Blvd.
- Failure to equip a vehicle with a horn, brakes and mirror; operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner; and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle was reported.

- Michelle K. Beal, 45, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
- Troy A. Crowden, 36, of Glenallen, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
- Tara L. Pendergrass, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing and fraudulent use of a credit card.
