- Robin L. Beacham, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law required.
- Christine A. Lineberry, 39, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law required.
- Richard H. Grigsby, 46, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for failure to stop at a stop sign and driving a motor vehicle with suspended license.
Theft
- A plaque and jewelry were reported stolen at 118 Pebble Lane.
