Arrests

• Lyric Lashay Jones, 18, 1060 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of arson.
• Anthony Marvelo Brown, 30, of Kennett, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for no operator's license.
• Miguel Salvador Navarro, 52, 3035 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of selling or supplying liquor to a minor.
• Kaitlyn Nicole Chandler, 22, 430 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on suspicion of selling or supplying liquor to a minor.
• Matthew David Brooks, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of selling or supplying liquor to a minor.

Summons
