The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Justin T. Williamson, 27, 1116 W. Mount Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Brandon E. Geiger, 20, 21 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of first-degree assault.

* Robert D. Garrity, 34, 216 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a law enforcement officer.

* Branden R.R. Ramsey, 22, 601 N. Sprigg St., No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of theft from Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Jerry L. Curry, 46, 1305 Broadway, Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for second-degree assault and dangerous drugs.

* Christina R. Bachew, 30, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing a camera case, video games and notebooks.

Summons

* Billy D. Cambron, 31, of 2312 Lombardo Drive, was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

Assault

* Second-degree domestic assault was reported at 216 N. Park Ave.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen from 2400 Veterans Memorial Drive.

* Walgreens, 1 S. Kingshighway, reported medication stolen. A subject was in custody pending formal charges.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Theft of services was reported at 3020 Boutin Drive, Lot 4.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* David Robinson, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for probation violation by driving while intoxicated.

* Jared Schippers, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to register his vehicle.

Arrests

* Darnell Brownlee, 47, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.

* Gregory Hale, 19, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, possession of liquor by a minor and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Darius Harris Sr., 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for nonsupport.

* Michael J. Seeley, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Landon Terry, 19, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Robert Myers IV, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Jacob Roberts, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol, resisting arrest and interfering with an arrest.

* Shannon Adams, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for two counts of nonsupport.

* Joseph Archer, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a federal warrant for desertion from the military.

* Melissa Przybocki, 28, of Johnston City, Ill., was arrested on a Perryville, Mo., warrant for failure to comply with a reasonable request of a police officer.

* Trey Simpson, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for violating probation for domestic assault.

* Joshua Canoy, 21, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.
