Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Jonathan E. Watson, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for insurance identification.

Summons

* Jesus Cruz-Cruz, 18, 103 N. Clark Ave., received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Rape

* Forcible rape was reported.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Theft

* Money was reported stolen on Broadway.

* Identity theft was reported.

Burglaries

* An air conditioner compressor and copper piping were reported stolen at 1103 S. Sprigg St., where window screens and walls were also reported damaged.

* A laptop, television, PlayStation, games and a necklace were reported stolen at 513 N. Fountain St., where a door frame was damaged.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1930 Delwin St.

Miscellaneous

* Sexual misconduct was reported.

* Harassment was reported.

* A 35-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
