The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Kyle Hoberg, 23, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and striking a legally parked vehicle.

* Richard Hacker, 28, 2740 Lynwood Hills, No. 12, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Marcus A. Blissett, of Sikeston was arrested on a warrant.

* Olivia Davis, 20, of St. Ann, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Benjamin Moore, 20, of Belleville, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

Assault

* Assault was reported at 820 S. Sprigg St.

Thefts

* A wallet was reported stolen at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Cigars were reported stolen at Smoker's Outlet, 2116 William St.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported.

Property damage

* A car was reported damaged at 309 S. West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous

* A 23-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Fraudulent use of a debit card was reported at 1403 Luce St.

* Harassment was reported at 2148 William St.
