The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Robert D. Farrow, 17, 1454 Pemiscot St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive within traffic lanes, striking a legally parked vehicle and seat belt violation.

Arrests

* Chad D. Valenti, 35, 1915 Grandview Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of robbery.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of burglary, theft, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of burglary and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Derrick D. Reed, 21, 27 N. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

* Gabriel D. Houseman, 17, 920 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for receiving stolen property.

* Aaliyah J.B. Curry, 17, 1115 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of walking in street.

Summonses

* Dale Z. Swift, 22, of Jackson was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Star'lynn P. Gann, 24, 2842 Independence St., was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Michael E. Moore, 47, 414 S. Hanover St., was issued a summons for resisting arrest.

* Kaleeya M. Whitfield, no age given, 2849 Themis St., Apt. B3, was issued a summons for failure to yield and no insurance.

* Jacob A. Smith, 18, of Jackson was issued a summons for theft.

* Robert E. Myers 111, 37, 1119 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain a private property free of litter.

* Lela K. Morgan, no age given, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for a violation of a steady red light.

* Christian A. Brown, 17, of Jackson was issued a summons for a false report.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Theft

* Theft of a bicycle and cooler were reported at 38 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

* A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 15-year-old boy was reported as a missing/runaway juvenile.

* Maddison E. Aslinger, 21, 2035 Allen Drive, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
