The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Korey Dajuan Abraham, 23, 1010 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for unlawful use of a weapon.

* Elizabeth Ann Heilman, 57, 510 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for trespassing.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and resisting arrest.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Meisha L. Henderson, no age given, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Macy's, 3049 William St.

* A suspect was in custody on suspicion of driving while revoked.

Summonses

* James Patrick Hines Jr., 18, 1181 Bertling St., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Richard J. Nation, no age given, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for following too closely.

* Marcus D. Johnson, no age given, 2819 Whitener St., Apt. A5, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Elizabeth M. Ficara, no age given, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for following too closely.

* Joseph B. Morgan, no age given, of Scott City was issued summonses for driving while revoked and failure to yield.

* Rodney S. Phegley, no age given, 1553 Valley Forge Lane, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Brianna Martin, no age given, 141 Star Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Katilya Ward, no age given, 516 Cape Meadows Circle, was issued a summons for no insurance.

Burglaries

* Burglary and theft of a wallet were reported at 555 N. Spring Ave.

* Burglary and theft of a DVD, cellphone, file folder and miscellaneous personal information were reported at 904 N. Fountain St.

Thefts

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 419 S. Sprigg St.

* A wrought iron fence post was reported stolen at Younghouse Party Central, 2005 N. Kingshighway.

* A blower, Weedeater, screwdriver set, stepladder, tank sprayer, propane tank and assorted tools were reported stolen at 1915 Golden Eagle Court.

Property damage

* Damage to a vehicle was reported at 3208 Themis St.

Miscellaneous

* A 24-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Child abuse was reported.

* Forgery was reported.

* Protective custody was reported.
