DWI

  • James O. Stewart Jr., 53, of Jackson was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while suspended, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, driving while intoxicated and exceeding posted speed limit.
  • Brandi S. Adams, 27, of Naylor, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation of stealing.
  • Hannah R. Mauk, 21, 3006 Wisteria Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana and failure to signal.
