The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Caleb J. Yount, 27, 220 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested at 3463 Armstrong Drive.
  • Robriquez L. Jones, 23, 2832 Oakshire Circle was arrested on suspicion of stealing a cellphone.
  • Andrew J. Turner, 33, of Merriwether Street, was arrested at South Hanover and William streets on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear and failure to appear for traffic and two New Madrid County warrants for probation violation.
  • Dylan R.S. Lesar, 22, 816 Good Hope St., was arrested at 816 Good Hope St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Collin J. Seyer, 22, of 1870 Marietta St., was arrested at 2100 Rotary Drive on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to wear a seat belt.
  • Rosemary Kent, 48, 105 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 202, was arrested at 105 N. Clark Ave., on a Mississippi County, Missouri, warrant for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • James E. Kent, 58, 105 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 202, was arrested at 105 N. Clark Ave., on a Mississippi County, Missouri, warrant for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Doris L. Lee, 34, 723 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

  • Lisa M. Hill, 52, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal-leash law required on Dunklin Street.
  • Dustin J. Williams, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal-leash law required at Perry Avenue and Broadway.
  • Nikki R. Neel, 41, of Cape Girardeau and Stacy A. Reid, 42, of Jackson were issued summonses for stealing/shoplifting jewelry and cologne at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

  • Robbery was reported.

Burglaries

  • Burglary and the theft of office keys and money were reported at Cape Neurosugical Associates, 211 St. Francis Drive, Suite 320.
  • Burglary, the theft of cash and a laptop computer and damage to a desk, file drawers and a cash box were reported at Southeast Hospital, 1723 Broadway.

Theft

  • An iPhone 7 was reported stolen at 425 S. Mount Auburn Road.

Property damage

  • The city of Cape Girardeau reported damage to deck rails and a window air-conditioning unit at 410 Kiwanis Drive.

  • Harassment was reported.
  • Forgery was reported.
