The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Reggie E. Kindle, 32, 45 West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while revoked.
• Kellen M. Johnson, 20, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• Charges pending for failure to return to confinement.

Summonses

• Terry L. Price, 43, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault.
• Charles M. Bryant, no age given, of Campbell, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Thefts

• A driver's license and Social Security card were reported stolen at 2612 Gerhardt Drive.
• Copper was reported stolen at 2524 S. Sprigg St.
• Prescription medicine and ID was reported stolen at 2100 William St.
• A wallet, money and Garmin Nuvi were reported stolen and tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 1701 Lacey St.
• An iPhone and money were reported stolen and tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 2126 Independence St.

Assaults

• Assault was reported at 1025 N. Sprigg St.
• Assault was reported at 333 N. Frederick St.
• Assault and tampering with a victim was reported.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
• A 49-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• A 31-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
