DWI

  • Susan M. Kostecki, 45, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Samantha Renee Fisher, 23, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Steven W. Mayfield, 24, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Samantha LaShae DeGarcia, 26, of Bertrand, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at The Buckle, 255 West Park Mall.
  • Anthony Byron Bliss, 45, of Springfield, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing at 1200 William St.
  • Kenneth John Manuel, 51, homeless, was arrested on five Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear, failure to appear for driving while intoxicated, no valid operator's license, driving on wrong half of roadway and striking a legally stopped vehicle, and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing, possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Germeisha D. Terry, 29, 722 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a warrant for a parole violation for forgery.
  • Kenny R. Reeves, 31, 63 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt.
  • Charles M. Farrow, 27, of St. Louis was arrested for failure to appear for illegal wildlife.
  • Stephen M. McCormick, 37, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant for a parole violation.
  • Ronnie D. Parden, 40, 821 William St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
  • Misty R. Neal, 22, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

  • Natalya V. Kutsevalova, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.
  • Zachary James Williams, 43, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Massie Marie Moore, 18, of Friedheim was issued summonses for stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., and for possession of marijuana.
  • Kirana Peslaphan, no age given, of Farmington, Missouri, was issued a summons for improper turn.
  • Beria Renee Hale, 35, and Anthony Quinn Branam, 30, both of Charleston, Missouri, were issued summonses for stealing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
  • Dalton A. Manche, no age given, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red light.
