Arrests

• Shane Anthony Lee Shafer, 28, of Dexter, Missouri, was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for burglary.
• A 9-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.
• Quonisha Shavonne Shaw, 20, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Summonses

• Patricia A. Harrison, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a parked vehicle.
• Travelle Cortez Rimm, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for traffic violation.
• Clayton J. Conway, no age given, of Marquand, Missouri, was issued a summons for following too closely.

Thefts

• Clothing was reported stolen at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
• A cellphone was reported stolen at 2 N. Main St.
• Identity theft was reported.

Miscellaneous

• Possession of altered driver's license was reported.
• A 43-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• A counterfeit $20 bill was reported at Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.
• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
