CAPE GIRARDEAU The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt. Arrests n Kenneth D. Wren, 39, 1204 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for felony domestic. n Deshawn M. Smith, 20, 36 N. Pindwood Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear for trespassing (x2)...
