CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Jesse V. Dorris, 47, was arrested at North Mount Auburn Road and Beavercreek Drive on suspicion of driving while revoked, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and resisting arrest.

Summons

• Anita M. Dye, 52, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for making a false report.

Assaults

• Assault was reported in the 800 block of South Benton Street.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Theft

• Theft was reported at Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported at 609 N. Middle St.
• A 27-year-old man was taken into protective custody at Jefferson Avenue and South Sprigg Street.
