The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Ashley M. Brinksneader, 26, of Evansville, Ind., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Dennis E. Banks, 36, 1445 Woodland Hills Drive, Apt. C, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for a probation violation.

* Brandon M. Littleton, 20, 729 Themis St., Apt. D, was arrested on a Gordonville warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Jasmine M. McIntyre, 18, 627 N. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Jimmy L. Castile, 32, 713 High St., was arrested on suspicion of harassment.

* A suspect was in custody pending charges of domestic assault and burglary.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of behavior injurious to self and others.

* Ruby L. Adams, 36, 910 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a city warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Jermaine L. Lathern, 34, 1447 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, displaying license plates of another vehicle, operating a vehicle without a valid license, no proof of insurance and running a stop sign.

* Sherry L. Niederbach, 34, homeless, was arrested on three city warrants for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, revoked operator's license and improper lane change.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending formal charges for resisting arrest.

* Daniel J. Bird, 29, 623 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Henry L. Titchenell, 22, of Bozeman, Mont., was arrested on a warrant for possession of narcotics equipment.

* A juvenile, age not given, was taken into custody on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Barrett Swan, 27, of Ellisville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County probation and parole warrant.

* Brandon L. Doran, 23, of Jackson was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle.

* Phil Mattingly, 43, 1224 William St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Ashley M. Miller, 22, of Jonesboro, Ill., was issued a summons for prohibited acts of noise.

* Jerel A. Bobbitt, 21, 412 Sheridan Drive, Apt. 1, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

* Terry L. Wengert, 35, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Cara Lyn Glemming, 43, 409 Sheridan Drive, Apt. G, was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Jessica E. Lopez, 24, 410 N. Mount Auburn Road, was issued a summons for illegal dumping.

* Lydia E. Babione, 53, 130 S. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for a sanitation nuisance.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglaries

* A burglary and theft of a cellphone, laptop and binoculars were reported at 411 Fitzgerald St.

* A burglary and theft of an Xbox, external hard drive and games were reported at 503 S. West End Blvd.

Thefts

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 150 S. Mount Auburn Road.

* Purses were reported stolen at 202 S. Broadview St.

* Theft of services was reported.

* Forgery and theft were reported.

* Checks were reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* Rhodes, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Money was reported stolen at 2000 William St.

* Theft was reported at 1716 Big Bend Road.

* A phone and wallet were reported stolen at 835 S. West End Blvd.

* Assistance from another agency was requested.

* A 26-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Cape Girardeau County

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Trey A. Simpson, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of assault on a law enforcement officer, driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Bryan D. Seyer, 40, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to move a vehicle that obstructed the flow of traffic.

Arrests

* Kenneth L. Hamilton, 22, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of failure to display license plates, possession of a controlled substance and failure to display headlights.

* James B. Cowsert, 23, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving with a suspended license and failure to register a vehicle.

* Devin L. Baugher, 45, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
