The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Douglas D. Nelson, 24, 720 Walnut St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to use headlights.

Arrests

* Jared S. Pritchard, 22, 2843 Whitener St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to yield.

* Allen R. Walker Jr., 21, 447 N. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court for a peace disturbance.

Summonses

* Wesley J. Hall, 46, 1451 Rand St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds, trash and litter and for a maintenance nuisance.

* George H. Wrape Jr., 58, 2320 Perryville Road, received a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Juanita F. Spicer, 74, 1841 Vincent Ave., received a summons for excessive weed growth.

* Ashley Greable, 19, 508 Cape Meadows Drive, received a summons for a loud stereo.

Thefts

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

* Medication was reported stolen at 1616 Good Hope St.

* A tailgate was reported damaged 45 S. West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.

* A 22-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Harassment and trespassing were reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* An animal bite was reported at 210 S. Silver Springs Road.

* A 22-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 45-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
