Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Cristi Ann Stitz, 28, of Chicago received a summons for driving while intoxicated, failure to provide proof of insurance and driving the wrong way on an interstate highway.

Arrest

  • Westley M. Runnels, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for no driver's license.

Summonses

  • Skye C. Patterson of Little Rock, Ark., received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Charles Amic IV of 428 South Hanover St., received a summons for unlawful use of a weapon.
  • Christopher Patton, 3 Brenda Lane, received a summons for indecent exposure/public urination.

Assaults

  • An assault and vehicle damage was reported in a downtown parking lot.
  • An assault and unlawful use of a weapon was reported at Hanover and William streets.
  • A domestic assault was reported at 737 Themis St. A suspect is in custody pending the issuance of a state warrant.
  • An assault was reported at 341 South Sprigg St.

Thefts

  • Clothing was reported stolen at 3049 William St.
  • Bicycles were reported stolen from 1713 Northwoods Court.
  • Two bicycles were reported stolen at 1420 Good Hope St.
  • A bicycle was reported stolen at 615 Louis St.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 North Kingshighway, reported a gasoline theft.

Burglary

  • A burglary and the theft of a sorority badge and stereo were reported at 607 North St.

Property damage

  • A vehicle window was reported damaged at 113 South Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

  • A wallet was found in Arena Park.
  • A woman was taken into protective custody at 203 Franks Lane.
  • Athletic equipment and assorted clothing were found at Bellevue and Lorimier streets.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

  • Craig E. Seabaugh, 33, Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to display a front license plate.
  • Matthew P Kirn, 17, 195 Slate Lane, was issued a summons for failure to wear a seat belt.
  • Jason M. Park, 27, 1635 Mulberry St., was issued a summons for a stop sign violation.

Property damage

  • Property was damaged in Jackson City Park on Optimist Hill Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South High Street.
  • Harassment and vandalism were reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 2100 block of Bainbridge Road.
  • A custody dispute was reported in the 100 block of West Vale Drive.
  • Property was found in the 2200 block of Bent Creek Drive.
