Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following incidents. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Asley Hoffman, 1334 Wedgewood Drive, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Arrests

• A juvenile is in custody pending formal charges for curfew violation, resisting by flight and minor in possession was reported.
• Two juvenile girls are in custody pending formal charges for being beyond parental control.

Assault

• A domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

• A burglary, property damage and stealing were reported at 432 E. Cape Rock Drive.

Thefts

• Amoco BP reported a theft.
• Theft of a purse and digital camera was reported at 2518 Lynnwood Drive.
• Rhodes 101 on North Sprigg Street reported a theft.
• D-Mart on William Street reported a theft.
• A theft was reported at 156 Vantage Drive.

Property damage

• A broken vehicle window was reported at 2518 Lynnwood Drive.
• The City of Cape Girardeau reported property damage to Riverfront Park.
