The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Tommy Heath, 53, of 1400 S. West End, Apt. 21, was issued a summons Sunday at his residence for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

Brian Albright, 32, of 3020 Boutin, Apt. 56, was arrested at 40 S. Sprigg Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Karen Oliver, 45, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested Sunday at 3439 William on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for failure to appear in court.

Thefts

Various tools were reported stolen Sunday from 523 N. Middle.

A computer was reported stolen Saturday from Rent One at 2349 Broadway.

Two bicycles were reported stolen Saturday at 1962 Delwin, Apt. 4.

Currency was reported stolen Sunday from 701 Broadway.

J.D.'s at 1101 Williams reported $7.95 in cash taken Saturday.

Summonses

Amanda McCoy, 19, of Dexter, Mo., and Jennifer Hux, 21, of Dudley, Mo., were issued summonses for stealing Saturday at 100 West Park Mall.

Robert Rendolph, 19, Bryan Emmendorfer, 19 and Robert Carr, 19, all of 803 William were issued summonses Sunday for maintaining a disorderly house.

Sarah Nanney, 18, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons Sunday at 7 East Rodney for property damage. Property damage

A window was reported broken Sunday at the Southeast Missourian at 301 Broadway.

A vehicle was reported damaged Sunday at 519 North Sunset.

A vehicle was reported damaged Sunday at 604 Boxwood, Apt. 3.
