Arrests A juvenile was taken into custody Sunday for possession of marijuana.

A suspect was in custody pending formal charges Saturday for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Summonses Donald H. Howard Jr., 41, 1100 Ranney, Cape Girardeau,was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of peace disturbance.

Thomas Guinn, 59, 1013 Ranney, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of peace disturbance.

Misty Dawn Bogard, 25, 1315 S.E. Ave., Jacksonville, Ark., was issued a summons Saturday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Stealing DVDs and PlayStation games were reported stolen Saturday from 3005 Themis.

A damaged wall and stolen cash and cigarettes were reported Sunday at 407 Morgan Oak.
