DWI James Arthur Deberry, 42, 905 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of DWI.

Arrests Bao Xian Lin, 36, 13 Richardet St., Perryville, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing.

Hui Min Jiang, 38, 13 Richardet, Perryville, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing.

Stephen Douglas Sheldrake II, 22, 2920 Perryville Road, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for no operator's license; contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for stealing; contempt of court for failure to pay fine for stealing and possession of a controlled substance; and for failure to appear in court.

Douglas Wayne Guyton, 23, 25 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for no operator's license, improper registration, no insurance and failure to appear in court.

Lauren Jean Otis, 22, 431 Olive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a city warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Jerry G. Clark, 34, 326 N. Fountain, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Scott County warrant for non-support.

Martez S. Bell, 18, 1142 Green Acres, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a capias warrant from Cape Girardeau County for probation violation.

Christopher M. Perigo, 30, 4 Virginia St., McClure, Ill., was arrested Thursday on city warrants for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, a warrant for failure to appear in court for failure to appear in court, and on two city warrants for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Entwain Johnson, 27, 329 N. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Bobbie Jean Mosley, 46, 418 Themis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a city warrant for contempt of court and failure to pay a fine and cost for failure to yield the right of way.

A 14-year-old female juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of leaving a mental health correctional facility.

Thefts A lawn mower was reported stolen Wednesday from 45 N. Middle.

A cell phone, checkbook and driver's license were reported stolen Wednesday from 1072 Linden.

A stereo with CD player and a gas can with gasoline was reported stolen Thursday from 1110 Rear S. Ellis.

Property Damage Damage to a vehicle was reported Thursday at 400 Broadway.
