The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrestsn Kenneth C. Martin, 21, of 523 S. Minnesota, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

David C. Johnson, 24, of 514 Olive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Russell G. Yarbro, 40, of 809 S. Pacific, was arrested Monday on suspicion of assault of a law enforcement officer.

Martha M. Griffith Sr., 33, of 1542 N. Spanish, Cape Girardeau was arrested Monday on suspicion of assault. Mark D. Rister, 40, of 1915 Good Hope, Cape Girardeau, received a summons for assault in connection with the complaint.

Theftsn A DVD player, receiver and VCR were reported stolen Monday at 1 Kiwanis Drive.

Plants were reported stolen Monday at 450 N. Frederick.

A VCR was reported stolen Monday at 1451 Luce.

Plants were reported stolen Monday at 904 N. Fountain.

CDs were reported stolen Monday at 332 N. Louisiana.

Stealing was reported Monday at Nearly Perfect Shoes. Torie L. Zyduck, 18, of 143 County Highway 301, Scott City, received a summons in connection with the complaint.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Bi-State Oil Co. at 920 N. Kingshighway.

A computer was reported stolen Tuesday at 909 Enterprise.

A cell phone was reported stolen Tuesday at Arena Park.

Burglaryn Cash, tools and miscellaneous items were reported stolen in a burglary Monday at 1004 William.

A cell phone and jewelry were reported stolen in a burglary Monday at 136 S. Lorimer.

Property Damagen A door was reported damaged Monday by Taco John's at 111 N. Kingshighway.

A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 200 S. Kingshighway.

n A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at the 500 block of Washington.
